Client Overview :
When Stamp and Grind Post Office in Condong changed ownership, Web Domination was brought in to facilitate the transfer of the business’s social media assets to the new owners. The process faced unique challenges: Meta Business Suite was set up for posting to the Facebook page and Instagram by the current owners, however, the page was attached to a Business Portfolio set up by the owners before them, owners, making the handover more complex. Without their involvement, gaining administrative access and transitioning ownership would prove to be very difficult.
Challenges:
Web Domination began by securing admin access to the Facebook page but encountered challenges with the Business Portfolio, which was initially set up by the previous owners and was now out of the new owner’s reach. To navigate this, Web Domination coordinated with Meta Support to identify who held full administrative access to the Meta Business Manager. Once it was confirmed that the original owners had that control, we needed to track them down, as they had relocated to Europe. Using social media channels, we reached out to the previous owners and provided detailed instructions on adding Web Domination as full administrators within the Business Manager. This persistent, multi-channel approach ultimately enabled us to gain the permissions needed for the transfer.
Results:
A on-site meeting enabled a comprehensive handover of the Meta Business Manager assets to the new owners. During this meeting, Web Domination also facilitated the transfer of the Google Business Profile, ensuring all digital assets were properly transitioned. With full control now granted, the new owners can seamlessly manage their online presence, marking a smooth transition with minimal disruption to the business’s digital operations.

Client Overview :
The Moneysmith Group in Murwillumbah engaged Web Domination to address limited access to their Meta Business Suite, which was preventing them from fully managing and posting to their Facebook page. The client was experiencing persistent issues that affected their ability to use Meta’s full suite of applications, signaling a more complex access restriction that required a deeper investigation into their account status.

Client Overview :
Murwillumbah Showgrounds contacted Web Domination due to issues posting to their Instagram account via Meta Business Suite, and an onsite visit was required to investigate these challenges.
While on-site, the showgrounds team also raised concerns about receiving numerous calls intended for a local Auto One store, adding another layer to the project.
Actions:
Web Domination visited the site to observe the issues firsthand and explored all areas of the client’s Meta Business Suite and Business Portfolio setup. After extensive troubleshooting, it was discovered that two separate Business Managers/Portfolios had been created. This was likely due to a prior Instagram advertisement run from the app itself, which automatically creates a new business portfolio if accounts are not connected correctly. To rectify this, Web Domination contacted Meta Support, provided a detailed letter and the necessary documentation, and requested that the Instagram account be transferred to the appropriate Business Manager.
Meanwhile, for the Auto One calls, Web Domination identified an outdated blog link from a years-old Auto One event held at the showgrounds, which included the showgrounds’ contact number.
Results:
Within 48 hours, Meta Support resolved the Business Manager issue, allowing Web Domination to complete the setup on-site with security measures, including two-factor authentication and full administrative access.
For the Auto One issue, Web Domination successfully reached out to the blog’s owner and requested the removal of the showgrounds’ contact information from the outdated directory listing. This comprehensive resolution allowed the Murwillumbah Showgrounds team to resume regular online operations, free from technical disruptions and misdirected calls.
